Day 1 Arrive Beijing (D)
Arrival in Beijing, met and transferred to hotel. Remove jet lag the rest of the day. Enjoy Duck dinner in the evening.
Day 2 Beijing (B/L/D)
Today's highlight is to visit the Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, continue a visit to Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs. Attend Peking Opera show in the evening.
Day 3 Beijing-Xian (B/L/D)
Visiting the Summer Palace in the morning, Take a night train to Xi'an.
Day 4 Xian (B/L/D)
Beginning the day with Terra Cotta Warriors that guard the tomb of the the First Emperor in Qin Dynasty. After lunch visit Huaqing Hot Spring. Local flavor dinner--Dumpling Banquet. Tang Dynasty Show in the evening.
Day 5 Xian-Beijing (B/L/D)
City tour begins with a visit to the Shaanxi Museum, the big wild Goose Pagoda, the Bell Tower and City Wall. Take night train to Beijing.
Day 6 Beijing (B/L/D)
The highlight of the day is a visit to Tiananmen Square, the world largest. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the ˇ°Forbidden City ˇ° that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Back to hotel
Day 7 Beijing (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will take bus to Tianjin (2.5 hours). Have lunch at local restaurant. Visit the Cultural Sreet where you can find all those antiques and art and craft products of China, Proceed back to Beijing.
Day 8 Beijing-Chengde (B/L/D)
After breakfast, weˇŻll take a 4 hour ride to Chengde, tour the summer resort of the ancient emperors, which has a history of nearly 300 years. After lunch at local restaurant visit Mountain Summer Resort.
Day 9 Chengde-Beijing (B/L/D)
After visiting the Little Potala Palace and Puning Temple, take bus back to Beijing.
Day 10 Journey Home (B)
Your morning is free to rest, to pack or to do some last minute shopping. Then transferred to the airport for your return flight home.
